The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind.

A Compassionate Licensed Professional Here to Guide You

I hold a Master's degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University, a center for contemplative education located in Boulder, Colorado. At Naropa, I not only received rigorous training but also discovered the profound impact of transpersonal psychology in fostering holistic healing and personal transformation. Prior to my pursuits towards my masters degree, I spent 8 years working in various capacities within the mental health field, and while receiving my education I worked with at-risk mothers and their babies providing nurturing support towards their growth and wellbeing. I have spent many years enriching my understanding of human psychology and the well-being of others. I have been committed to supporting individuals through their life challenges and transitions for over a decade and have been practicing as a clinical psychotherapist since 2017.

As an adjunct faculty member at Naropa University, I have the privilege of sharing my knowledge and passion for transpersonal psychology and mindfulness with future mental health professionals. I believe in using the transpersonal modality to support individuals in understanding their lives, making meaning of their experiences, and exploring the depths of their consciousness.

In addition to my private practice and my work at Naropa, I also teach for Elemental Psychedelics, where I prepare both clinical and non-clinical practitioners to skillfully hold psychedelic spaces. This work reflects my commitment to integrating cutting-edge therapeutic approaches with other wisdom traditions to facilitate profound healing and spiritual growth.
